Rosa Maria Maldonado Ms. Rosa Maria Maldonado, 60, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2013 in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Maldonado was a very loving person. She greeted every one she knew with enthusiasm and enjoyed socializing, listening to music and dancing. She adored all her nieces and nephews very much and loved spending time with all her family. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her. She is preceded in death by her mother, Raquel Maldonado. She is survived by her father, Miguel (Petra) Maldonado; sister, Annette Maldonado; brother, Miguel (Maria Esther) Maldonado Jr., and their children, Jackie and Michelle; sister, Raquel (Tom) Stafford and her children, Tammy De La Rosa and Robby Martinez and great grandnieces and nephew, Hayden, Joshua, and Araceli; brother, Julio (Hilda) Maldonado and their children, Danny and Rosanna; brother, Henry (Lois) Maldonado and their son, Brock; sister, Loretta (Darrell) Price and her children, Evan and Lori Rodriguez; brother, Gustavo (Mariza) Maldonado and their children, Gus, Roberto, and Cristian; and sister, Delia Guerrero and her children, Ricardo, Julio and Mark; A vigil will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 8:30 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Chapel. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 9:10 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to St. John Neumann Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
