Ryan Andrew Levy

August 15, 1995 — May 26, 2014

Ryan Andrew Levy Our beloved son, Ryan Andrew Levy was suddenly and unexpectedly taken from us on May 26, 2014 at the age of 18. Ryan was born on August 15, 1995 in Laredo, Texas to Scott Allen and Elizabeth Ann Levy. He was an exceptional young man who through his powers of observation, inquisitiveness and attention to detail made each of us strive to be better than we thought possible. To his parents and his sister, Jessica, he was and will forever be our Sunshine. Ryan's super powers were eternal forgiveness, the ability to overlook our flaws and to show us only unconditional love. Ryan was an early graduate of the J. B. Alexander High School Class of 2014 and looked forward to receiving his diploma in June from the faculty and staff that he admired so much. He had just completed his first semester at Laredo Community College. Ryan was a proud and devoted student of Goshin Jutsu Karate under the direction of Rendon's Karate Academy since the age of 11. Sensei Johnny Rendon officiated a special ceremony to award Ryan his honorary black belt as a final tribute to their student and friend. He is preceded in death by his Paternal Grandfather Robert E. Levy. Ryan is survived by his devoted parents Scott Allen Levy and Elizabeth Ann Rose; sister, Jessica Lynn Levy; paternal grandmother, Ellen Deutsch Levy; maternal grandparents, Joseph (Diana) Lundschen; George (Ella) Johnson; uncles, Steven Robert Levy, Ken Bernstein, Ronald (Patricia) Levy, Glenn Deutsch Levy, Glen (Veronica) Johnson, Kirk Joseph Lundschen; cousins,Stephanie, Diego, Maxwell, Medora, Peyton, Farrah and Jordan Levy, Andres (Samantha)Dovalina; second cousin, Baby Isabella; step-dad, Roger A.
