Mrs. Margarita F. Carr Mrs. Margarita F. Carr, 86, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 in Laredo, Texas. She was the Founding Regent of Court No. 2363 and a member of the Catholic Daughters of America. Mrs. Carr is preceded in death by her parents, Luciano and Nicacia Flores; her loving husband, Daniel F. Carr. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Dr. Guadalupe M. (Luis) Cortes, Luis (Edna) Cortes Jr., Mary C. (Kurt) Schalles, Sara A. (Cesar) Gomez, Rogelio (Estela) Maldonado, Gilberto (Carmen) Maldonado and numerous relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, July 11, 2014 a 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. from Hillside Funeral home to St. Joseph Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Luis Cortes, Sr., Luis Cortes, Jr., Cesar Gomez, Luis Martinez, Daniel Martinez, and Alonzo Martinez, III.
