Liza Rothstein Liza Rothstein, 87, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014 in Laredo, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Philip; parents, Abraham Moises and Fannie Rakowska ; sister, Dora Collins. Mrs. Rothstein is survived by her son, Joseph Rothstein; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Sam and Etta Hoine; cousin, Arnold Kerr; nieces and nephews and numerous relatives and friends. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 1, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Jewish Rest section in the City Cemetery. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Rafael J.
