Antonio Alonso Martinez

Antonio Alonso Martinez Mr. Antonio Alonso Martinez, 53, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2014. Mr. Martinez is preceded in death by his mother, Aurora Minerva De La Garza; and nephew, Jose Alberto Martinez Jr. He is survived by his companion best friend, Maria De Jesus Acosta; father, Federico Martinez. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Mary Lou Evans, Aurora Minerva (Bill) Wells, Jose Federico (Reyna) Martinez Jr., Jose Alberto (Nora) Martinez, Maria Elena (Gabriel) Ochoa, and Jose Armando (Debbie) Martinez as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A rosary will be recited on Friday, October 24, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
