Secundino G. Costilla

Secundino G. Costilla Mr. Secundino G.”Cundo” Costilla passed away on May 13, 2015 at the age of 77. He was a man of many talents and hobbies. He loved spending time with his family, fishing with his sons and grandsons. He also enjoyed attending bingos. He was a loving father. He will be greatly missed. Mr. Costilla is preceded in death by his wife, Aurora “Boli” Costilla; parents, Santos Garcia and Pedro Costilla; grandson, David E. Costilla; and his brother and sisters. He is survived by his children, Miguel Costilla, Rosa Rodriguez, Patsy Costilla, and Dino (Maria D.) Costilla Jr.; grandchildren, Hugo Enrique, Mikey, Gaby, Javi, Mark, Andres, Alejandro, Dino III and Aurora; great-grandchildren, Edric, Jayden, Mila, David, Bryan, Oscar Jr. and Miranda. He is also survived by his companion of 22 years, Maria E. Pena; siblings, Maria Escobedo and Pedro Costilla as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A rosary will be recited on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 8:15 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to Santa Margarita de Escocia Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
