Jose Angel Hinojosa

Jose Angel Hinojosa Jose Angel Hinojosa was called by the Lord on Saturday, September 5, 2015. He was born in Laredo, Texas on August 6, 1949. He was a great father, great grandfather and a great man. Jose Angel had the biggest heart and he will never be forgotten. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gilberto and Maria Hinojosa; sister, Martha; brother, Gilberto. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Laura Hinojosa; children, Julissa (Joel) Alfaro, Michelle (Ismael) Alardin, Jose Angel (Margie) Hinojosa, Jr., Mary Jo (Miguel) Hinojosa-Perez; sisters, Liz (Carl) Priddy and Thelma Garza. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, Johnny, Ismael, Amber, Julianne, Luismael, Isabella, Hillary, Giselle, Jose Angel III, Marianna, Leanna, Miguel Angel, Maki, Madison and numerous relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to San Luis Rey Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
