Graciela Villagran Graciela Villagran, 72, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 in Laredo, Texas. Mrs. Villagran is preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Villagran; children, Aisha (Zabdiel) Rincon, Limhi (Ingrid) Villagran, and Farah (Hector) Gutierrez. A service will be held on Monday, January 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
