Jose Trinidad Moncivais, Jr. “For my part I am already being poured out like a libation. The time of my dissolution is near. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” Jose Trinidad Moncivais, Jr., 71, entered the kingdom of Heaven on Friday, January 15, 2016 in Laredo, Texas. Jose was a proud Veteran who served in the United States Army with aTour of Duty in Vietnam. He worked for over 33 years for AT&T and was an avid golfer, who loved the outdoors and nature. He will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose T. and Soledad Moncivais; brother and sister in law, Guadalupe and Juanita Moncivais. Mr. Moncivais is survived by his wife of 45 years, Irma Moncivais; children, Cynthia (David) Bynum, Yvonne Moncivais, Jason Leo Moncivais; granddaughter, Lauren Elizabeth Ford; brother, Armando (Alicia) Moncivais; sisters, Emma (Gilberto) Mojica, Irene (Ruben +) Cortinas, Olga (Jose) Sciaraffa and numerous relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a mass at St. Patrick Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the City of Laredo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lance Royder, Ruben Cortinas, Jr., Joey Sciaraffa, Armando Moncivais, Jr., David Ray Molina and Rene Carlos Flores.
