Leticia Nieto Mejia Leticia Nieto Mejia, 50, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2016 in Encinal, Texas. Mrs. Nieto Mejia is preceded in death by her parents, Eduardo and Agustina Nieto; brother, Francisco Nieto. She is survived by her husband, Jose Mejia, III; son, Jose Eduardo Mejia IV; daughters, Chamonix E. Mejia, Maria F. (Joseph) Mejia- Saahene. A rosary will be recited on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. with Father Daniel officiating in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. There will be no formal procession from the funeral home; the family asks that everyone please meet at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Encinal, Texas. A mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2016. Interment will follow at the Encinal Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jose Mejia, III, Jorge Luis Nieto, Jr., Eduardo Nieto, Jr., Alfredo Valles, Joseph Saahene, Ricardo Nieto, Jr., Heriberto Nieto, Jr., Federico Nieto, Jr. and Margarito Nieto, III. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jose Eduardo Mejia, IV, Jorge Luis Nieto and Jesus Nieto.
