Arturo Garza, 75, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2016, in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Garza was a master electrician for over 50 years. Mr. Garza is preceded in death by his parents Antonio and Anselma Garza. He is survived by his wife, Juana Emma Garza; children, Arturo Garza Jr., Isabel (Hugo) Garza, Leopoldo (Adelfa) Garza, Gerardo Garza, Melinda (Mario Alonzo) Garza; siblings, Angelita (Valentín) Pena, Antonio Garza Jr., Raul (Angelita ) Garza, Alejandro Garza, Ana María (Juan Alejandro) Bustamante; grandchildren, Amanda M. Garza, Hugo Garza Jr., Christopher Garza, Arturo Garza III, Stephanie A. Garza, Emilio Garza, Isabella A. Garza, Samantha N. Garza, nieces , nephews, numerous relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to Christ the King Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
