Juanita B. Liendo, 80, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016 in Laredo, Texas. Mrs. Liendo is preceded in death by her parents; Gustavo and Guadalupe S. Bautista; brothers, Gustavo Bautista, and Andres Bautista; sister, Eliza Lecea. She is survived by her husband, Roberto V. Liendo; children, Alvina (Victor Manuel) Martinez, Roberto (Claudia) Liendo, Jr., Patsy (Hector) Aguilar, Sandra (Jesus) Soto, David (Elizabeth) Liendo, Jerry (Julissa) Liendo; siblings, Martin (Juanita) Bautista, Hortencia (Roberto I) Ramon, Santos (Jesusa) Bautista, and Guadalupe (Manuel) Lopez. Mrs. Liendo is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 31, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to Our Lady Guadalupe Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
