Amparo M. Patiño

Amparo Merla Patiño, 79, passed away Friday, April 14, 2017 in Laredo, Texas. Mrs. Patiño is preceded in death by her parents Felix and Justina Merla; son, Jose Gerardo Patiño; brothers, Julio Merla, Antonio Merla, Luis Merla; sister, Yolanda Saucedo. She is survived by her husband Felipe Patiño; son Felipe de Jesus (Elizabeth) Patiño; daughter, Norma Patiño; brother, Rafael Merla; sisters, Minerva Aguilar, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Consuelo Pedraza, and Laura Guajardo. Mrs. Patiño is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Services will conclude at the Chapel.
