Alejandro Daniel Gonzalez

Alejandro Daniel Gonzalez, 36, left this world suddenly on July 1, 2024, in El Paso, Texas.

He was born on January 4, 1988 in Laredo, Texas, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerardo Gonzalez and Maria D. Monroy. He will forever be remembered by the lives of all whom he touched.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather: Jose Luis Monroy; paternal grandmother: Maria Antonia Gonzalez; uncle: Reynaldo Gonzalez; aunts: Alicia Gonzalez and Enedelia Lares.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his spouse: Maria Candelaria Martinez; parents: Gerardo (Teresa) Gonzalez and Maria De Los Angeles (Francisco Estrada) Monroy; children: Alyssa Nicole Gonzalez, Alejandro Daniel Gonzalez Jr., Ryan Jerry Gonzalez; siblings: Gerardo (Amanda) Gonzalez Jr., Ashley (Ricardo) Garza, Brian Nieto, Gerardo Gonzalez III; aunts and uncles: Freddy C. Monroy, Jose Luis (Beatriz) Monroy, Linda (Hemeregildo) Martinez, Naomi (Trevor) Burney, Rene Gonzalez, Jackie Gonzalez, as well as numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals and Cremations, where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will be offered at 7 pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, at 10 am. The procession will depart the chapel at 9:30 am.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
