Alfredo Paiz, III

It is with profound sadness and heartfelt remembrance that we announce the passing of Alfredo Paiz III, who departed from this world on November 29, 2025, at the age of 62. Born on January 15, 1963, in Laredo, Texas, Alfredo was the beloved son of the late Alfredo Paiz Jr. and Gregoria Paiz. Raised in the scenic surroundings of Aguilares, Texas, he embraced the outdoors and created lifelong memories that he cherished deeply.

He is preceded in death by: Alfredo Paiz, Gregoria Paiz.

Alfredo was a devoted family man, always prioritizing the well-being and happiness of those he loved. His legacy will forever live on in the hearts of his wife, Francisca Ramona Torres Perez, to whom he was married for 18 years; his children, Alfredo Paiz IV, Edna Flores (Luis Castillo), Diana Rodriguez (Eduardo), Rene Paiz (Rosario), and Khalid Santiago; and his cherished grandchildren, Nayeli Castillo, Jazmin Castillo, Eduardo Javier Rodriguez, and a grandchild on the way. He is further survived by a host of extended family members and friends who were touched by his kindness and generosity.

Visiting hours for Alfredo will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hillside Funerals & Cremations. A poignant Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM, offering an opportunity for all to gather in prayer and reflection.

The following morning, visitation will continue from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, after which a procession will depart to Christ the King Catholic Church. There, at 10:00 AM on December 13, 2025, a celebratory funeral mass will be held in honor of Alfredo's life, illuminating the love and joy he shared with those around him. 

Following the mass, a cremation service will take place per his wishes, allowing him to return to the beloved ranch in Aguilares, where he longed to rest in peace.

As we come together to celebrate Alfredo's remarkable life-a life filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories-we invite all who knew him to join us in honoring his legacy. He will be dearly missed, but his spirit will forever illuminate our hearts.
