Alonzo Perez

On Sunday, June 30, 2024, God decided to bring to his presence our beloved Alonzo Perez to his Heavenly Kingdom. He was born in Laredo, Texas, on October 23, 1965, the son of the late Arturo Perez Sr. and Guadalupe Perez Sr. He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Arturo Perez Jr., Alejandro Perez.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his daughter: Luzemma P. (Luis Villarreal); grandchildren: Emily Monique Esparza, Luis Leo Villarreal, Victoria Michelle Villarreal, and Robin Liam Villarreal; siblings: Hilda P. (Jorge) Diaz, Diana P. (Enrique) Torres, Lupita P. (Raul) Cisneros; the mother of his daughter and his life-long friend, Emma C. Perez; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, July 4, 2024, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals & Cremations, where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will be offered at 7 pm.

The funeral procession will depart the funeral chapel at 8:30 am on Friday, July 5, 2024, to St. Frances "Mother Cabrini" Catholic Church, for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9 am. 

Cremation and Interment will be held privately at a later date.
