Ana Alicia Sons

Ana Alicia Sons, 59, of Laredo, Texas, passed peacefully on September 9, 2026.

Ana was a devoted wife, loving mother, a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother; Her strength, kindness and unwavering love for her family will be forever remembered.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Gilberto & Virginia Maria Casarez; her parent in-laws Jerry & Hazel Sons. Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband Jeffrey Sons Sr; children, Jessica (Julio) Flores, JoAnna Casarez (Guillermo V.), Alyssa Sons (Geovany A.), Melinda Sons (Jesse G.), Jeffrey Sons Jr, Chelsey Sons (Jonathan R.); 15 grandchildren & 1 great grandchild; as well as siblings, in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at Hillside Funerals & Cremations, 310 W. Hillside Rd., Laredo, Texas 78041, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Services conclude in a chapel. A cremation will take place at a later date.
