Daniel Wise Sr.

Daniel Wise Sr., 95, passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2018 in Laredo, Texas. He served during World War II in the South Pacific. Mr. Wise was a Firefighter for 30 plus years. He also worked for Sames Motor Company for 47 years. Mr. Wise is survived by his wife of 68 years Yolanda G. Wise; children, Daniel (Veronica) Wise Jr., Zelma Wise (Gerardo A.) Martinez, and Araceli Wise (Eduardo) Zuniga. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. to St. Patrick Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the City of Laredo Cemetery.
