Elsa I. Segovia, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019 in Laredo Texas. Ms. Segovia is Survived by her loving husband, Rodolfo Segovia; children, Erica Vanessa Hill, and Albertho Rodolfo Segovia. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to San Luis Rey Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Services will conclude after the mass.
