Mr. Everardo Johnson, 70, was called to his heavenly reward on Saturday, November 8, 2025, in Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Guillermo Johnson and Maria Ernestina Salinas de Johnson; siblings: Guillermo Johnson Salinas, Patricia Johnson, Roberto Johnson, and Maria Ernestina Johnson Flores,

Left behind to cherish his memory are his children: Joel Everardo (Claudia) Johnson, Pricila Johnson, Alexandra Johnson, Lydia Viridiana (Erick) Contreras-Johnson, and Laura Josefina Tovar; grandchildren: Samantha (David) Gonzalez, Joel Everardo Johnson Jr., Victoria Arriaga, Jessica Renteria, Victoria Johnson, Joellyn Johnson, Abigail Johnson-Armenta, Joanna Tovar, Geleyna Tovar, Bethany Tovar; siblings: Maria Elena (Julio) Cantu, Leticia (Jesus) Mancilla, Rodolfo (Rosario) Johnson, and his pride, happiness, and joy, his puppies, Lucky, Lyka, Simba, his companions that were always there and loved him. He is further survived numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Condolences will be received on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals and Cremations, where a Liturgy of the Word will begin at 7 pm.

A cremation will be held at a later date.
