He is preceded in death by his parents: Manuel Abrego Sr. and Maria del Refugio Cervantes; brother: Manuel Abrego Jr.; sister: Paula (Eduardo) Magallanes.
Surviving him are his children: Alma Abrego, Jose Carlos Abrego, Alessandra Abrego, Francisco Abrego Jr.; grandchildren: Laura Garza, Diego Emilio Garza, Jonathan Ismael Garza III, Hailey Nichole Garza, Christian Alejandro Perez, Alexia Marie Dalton, Nicole Haven Abrego, David Abrego, Christian Abrego, Sofia Abrego; siblings: Jose (Carmen) Abrego, Abraham (Maria Antonio +) Abrego, Maria del Refugio Abrego, Maria Teresa Abrego, Gerardo (Carmen) Abrego, Ignacio (Linda) Abrego, Victor (Rosa) Abrego, Jorge Abrego, as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals and Cremations, where a Liturgy of the Word and Rosary will be offered at 7 pm
A private interment will be held at a later date.
