Gilberto Paredes

Gilberto Paredes, 81, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 09, 2020. Mr. Paredes was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Maria Alma Paredes; mother, Aurora Paredes. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Gilberto (Irma) Paredes Jr., Gabriel (Melba) Paredes, and Grizelda (Alexeide) Carrillo; grandchildren, Christina L. (Marcos) Gonzalez, Gilberto Paredes III, Michael V. Paredes, Betsy M. (Luis) Ramos, Cesar Gabriel Paredes, Caleb Paredes, Isaac Paredes, Anissa Alma Paredes, Odalis Alma Carrillo, Odette Leonor Carrillo, Alexeide Carrillo Jr., and 5 great-grandchildren. Mr. Paredes is also survived by many other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to Mother Cabrini Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow to the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
