Hermila R. Gonzalez

Mrs. Hermila R. Gonzalez, 80, entered into eternal rest on August 20, 2025, in Laredo, Texas, having been surrounded by her loving family by her side.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Antonio V. Gonzalez; siblings: Leopoldo Ramon Jr, parents: Leopoldo Ramon Sr. and Maria De La Luz Ramon.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Sylvia G. (Pedro III) Gamez; grandson Pedro Gamez IV; siblings: Sylvia Merryman, Luciano (Alicia) Ramon, as well as an extended number of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals & Cremations. A Rosary will be offered in her memory at 7 pm.

Funeral procession will depart the funeral chapel at 8:30 am on Thursday, August 28, 2025, to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 am.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
