Hilda H. Barboza

Hilda H. Barboza, 91, entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 28, 2020, in Laredo, Texas, surrounded by loved ones.

Mrs. Barboza is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jose Juan Barboza; parents, Jose Maria Hinojosa and Feliz Martinez; siblings, Evaristo (Amparo) Hinojosa, Susana (Arnulfo) Rodriguez, and Dr. Eduardo Hinojosa.

Mrs. Barboza is survived by nieces, Alma Rosa Collazo Zepeda, Estela Collazo, Josefina Sanchez, Melissa and Dr. Octavio Guzman, Lynette Forero, Eddie (Yumi) Hinojosa, Marissa (Filiberto) Mendez, and Tomasita (Ruben) Garcia; sister in law, Cidelia Hinojosa; cousin, Beatriz (Leonardo) Perez; nephew, Margarito (Elsa) Barboza. 

A rosary will be recited on Sunday, August 30, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be held Monday, August 31, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to San Martin de Porres Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m.

Interment will follow to the family plot of the City of Laredo Cemetery.
