Lt. Col., James E. Fox, Sr., US Air Force Retired, was called to return to the Heavenly Kingdom on March 21, 2025, in Laredo, Texas. Born on April 11, 1929, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, the son of the late Harry and Margaret Fox. He is preceded in death by his wife: Johna Fox; children: Robert A. Fox, E. Kelly Fox.
He is survived by his sons: John C. Fox (Corinne), Kevin L. Fox, James E. Fox, Jr. (Vicki); brother: Charles Frederick Fox (Jeannine), as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date by the family.
