Jesus "Chuy" Ramos

Mr. Jose de Jesus "Chuy" Ramos Castro, 69, entered into his eternal peace on Saturday, September 6, 2025, in Laredo, Texas, surrounded by his loving family by his side.

Chuy is survived by his loving wife of more than 42 years, Ana Maria Ramos; four children: Paul Ramos, Daniel (Kisha) Ramos, Faviola (Marcus) Stauffiger, Eduardo Ramos; grandchildren: Daniel Alejandro Ramos, Liliana Joyce Liendo, Xaylee Sky Smith, Nataly Katarina Ramos, Christian Daniel Ramos, Eveline May Stauffiger; siblings: Juana (Mauro Gomes) Ramos, Ezequiel (Refugio) Ramos, Leobardo (Ana) Ramos, Trinidad Ramos Castro, and José Luis Ramos, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals & Cremations, where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will be recited at 7 pm.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Jude Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 9 am. Procession will depart the funeral home at 8:30 am.

A cremation will be held at a later date.
