Le acompañan en duelo su esposa: Sra. Rebeca Sanchez; hijos: Luis Alberto Gutierrez, Francisco Alejandro Gutierrez (Gloria Martinez), Jorge Daniel Gutierrez (Nayeli Valdez), Miguel Angel Gutierrez (Miriam Ponce), Karina Azeneth Gutierrez (Mario Banda); 16 nietos, 1 bisnieta; hermanos: Guadalupe Gutierrez, Aurora Gutierrez, Gloria Gutierrez, Geli Gutierrez, Pablo Gutierrez, al igual que un gran numero de familiares y amigos.
El duelo se recibe el martes 19 de noviembre del 2024 a partir de las 7 de la mañana en la Funeraria Hillside, donde se ofrecerá una Liturgia Exequial en la capilla a las 11 de la mañana.
