José Luis Hernández Burgos

Mr. Jose Luis Hernandez Burgos, 58, was called home to the presence of God in his Heavenly Kingdom on May 18, 2025, in Laredo, Texas. A hardworking, loving, and caring husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend is now at peace, together with all his loved one's that have gone before him.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Desiderio and Oralia Hernandez.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his spouse of 17 years, Martina Ovalle Perez; children: Maylin Ovalle, Belinda (Cesar) Hernandez, Jose (Valeria Barron) Hernandez, Naydine (Andrea Perez) Hernandez, Jonathan (Aide) Hernandez, Jessica Hernandez, Jailine (Isaias Martinez) Ovalle, Jericha Hernandez; grandchildren: 20, siblings: 4, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will take place on Monday, May 26, 2025, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals & Cremations, where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will be offered at 7 pm.

Funeral services will continue on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, from 7 am until 8:30 am, where a funeral procession will depart to St. Francis Mother Cabrini Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 am.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Laredo City Cemetery.
