Jose Maria Martinez, 72, was called home to the Lord on December 17, 2024, in Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Ziriaco and Josefina Martinez; brothers: Ziriaco Martinez Jr. and Juan Martinez.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his children: Jose Luis Martinez and Victoria Vanessa Martinez; step-daughter: Yesenia Martinez; 6 grandchildren; siblings: Alejandro Martinez, Cisco Martinez, and Mary Jane Martinez, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 5 pm to 10 pm at Hillside Funerals & Cremations, where a Liturgy of the Word and Rosary will be offered at 7 pm.
A cremation service will be held a later date.
