  Juan Santoscoy, 68, passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2019 in Laredo, Texas. Mr. Santoscoy was the 2nd generation owner of Santoscoy Auto Sales, who flourished the family’s business, which has been in operation for over 60 years and continues today. Mr. Santoscoy is preceded in death by his parents Jesus Flores Santoscoy and Carmela Salazar Flores. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Naomi Castillon Flores. He passed down a legacy of hard work and dedication to his 3 sons, Juan Jesus and Elena Flores, Miguel Ismael and Edita Flores, and Christian Alexis and Valentina Flores; grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, Gabriel, and Milana Flores. His siblings, Patricia (Mohammad) Paran, Rosalba Talamas, Gabriela (Felipe +) Romero, Maricarmen (Jose Manuel) Donamaria, Alberto Flores, and Eduardo Flores. Mr. Santoscoy is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to St. Patrick Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Doctors Hospital for their loving care.
