Leonor Ramirez

Leonor Ramirez, 82, beloved mother, and grandmother, passed away on September 6, 2018 in Laredo, Texas. Mrs. Ramirez is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Locadio Medellin, and Juanita Rodriguez Medellin; her husband, Arturo Ramirez; brother, Pablo Medellin; sisters, Guadalupe Medellin, and Concepcion Botello. She is survived by her sons, Arturo Ramirez Jr, Miguel Ramirez, Juan Jose Ramirez, Oscar Eric Ramirez, and Alberto Ramirez; daughters, Juanita (Esteban) Morales, and Veronica Ramirez; nieces, Ana Botello, Rosa Botello, Alicia Medellin, Ana Laura Medellin, Raquel Villanueva, and Estela Garza; nephews, Luis Medellin, Carlos Medellin, and Pablo Medellin. Mrs. Ramirez is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to San Martin de Porres Catholic Church. Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
