El día 2 de junio del 2023 entró a su descanso eterno la Sra. Lily Chavez Montemayor a la edad de 62 años. Lily nació en Sabinas, Coahuila, hija de Noe y Maria Chavez Montemayor.
Le sobreviven su esposo: Fernando Suhagun; hermanos Noe Chavez Montemayor, Rogelio Chavez Montemayor, Domingo Chavez Montemayor, Maria Antonieta Chavez Montemayor, Maribel Chavez Montemayor, al igual que un gran número de familiares y amigos.
Su servicio se llevará a cabo en la Parroquia de San Jerónimo en Monterrey, Nuevo León en una fecha pendiente. Sus restos serán depositados con sus padres en la cripta familiar.
