Lorenzo Garza

Lorenzo Garza, 61, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026, surrounded by loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Gabriel Garza Silva and Martha Flores and brother, Gabriel Garza Flores.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Griselda Aparicio de Garza; children, Griselda Esmeralda Garza (Aldo Gonzalez), Miguel Angel Garza (Tanya Hernandez), Lorenzo Alexander Garza and Jocelyn Garza; grandchildren, Aldo Emanuel Gonzalez, Aaron Eduardo Gonzalez and Ian Miguel Garza. He is also survived by siblings, Martha E. Garza Treviño (Hector Hugo Treviño), Ricardo Garza Flores (Veronica Armendariz), Gilberto Garza Flores (Silvia N. Perez), Maria G. Garza Porras (Armando Porras Zurita); sister in law, Dora Vielma de Garza; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals and Cremations, where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 PM.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 7 to 11:30 am at Hillside Funerals and Cremations, where we will be departing the funeral home at 11:30 am for interment at the Laredo City Cemetery. 

Pallbearers will be: Miguel A Garza, Lorenzo A. Garza, Griselda E. Gonzalez, Jocelyn N. Garza, Gilberto Garza, Armando Porras, Aldo E. Gonzalez and Aldo S. Gonzalez.
