Margarito Garcia

Margarito Garcia, 77, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, in Laredo, Texas.

Mr. Garcia is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Zoey Jane Presas; parents, Celso and Concepcion Garcia; and siblings, Blas Garcia and Simon Espinoza.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Maria Elena Garcia; children, Jose Raul (Norma) Lopez, Maria Elena (Ivan) Presas, and Margarito Garcia Jr.; grandchildren, Anali Lopez, Jose Raul Lopez Jr., Nina Lauren Presas, and Giovanni Garcia. He is also survived by his siblings, Celso Garcia Jr., Esther Garcia, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A rosary will be recited on Monday, May 2, 2022, at 10:30 A.M. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.

A formal procession will depart at 12:00 P.M. for interment at the City of Laredo Cemetery.

Military honors will be provided by the United States Navy Honor Guard and the American Legion Post 59.
