Maria de la Luz Diaz de Delgado

Mrs. Maria de la Luz Diaz de Delgado, 83, passed away on March 15, 2023. Maria de la Luz was born into this world on December 15, 1939, in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila, Mexico, to Nicandro and Casimira Diaz. 

She was preceded in death by her husband: Felipe Delgado; parents, Nicandro and Casimira Diaz; siblings, Irene Diaz Gomez, Ramona Villegas, Maria de la Paz Diaz Cedillo, Fidencio Diaz, and Elias Diaz. 

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Maria de la Luz (Adrian Eric) Davila, Arturo Delgado; nieta: Luz Adriana Davila; siblings, Blanca ( Aurelio†) Aguilera, Virgilio (Esther) Diaz Sr., Manuel (Soledad†) Tobias, Francisco (Juanita†) Tobias, and Rosario Tobias; brother-in-law: Jose Refugio Villegas, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and acquaintances. 

The family will be receiving condolences on Monday, March 20, 2023, in the Hillside Funerals and Cremations Chapel from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will be offered at 7:00 PM. 

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, departing at 10:00 AM from Hillside Funerals and Cremations to San Vicente de Paul Catholic Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 PM. 

Interment will follow to the family plot at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
