It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Martin G. Garcia, who was called home to heaven on September 4, 2026, at the age of 61. Taken from us far too soon, he leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion, hard work, and laughter.
Martin was the absolute definition of a loving husband, an incredible father, a cherished grandfather, an amazing son-in-law, brother-in-law, and a loyal friend. He was a man of remarkable kindness and a gentle, caring spirit whose sense of humor could brighten any room.
A truly gifted individual, Martin was a master electrician who took immense pride in his craft. Through his dedication and strong work ethic, he was a valued employee at Jimenez Electric and also served with honor and care at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Above all his achievements, Martin’s greatest joy was his family. He was always there for those he loved, offering steadfast support, wise counsel, and unwavering care. He walked through life side by side with his loving wife, of 41 years Sandra Garcia, sharing a bond of true partnership, devotion, and love.
He was the anchor of his family, and though he will be missed beyond measure, his spirit, warmth, and memory will live on in everything that we do.
The family extends their deepest gratitude and heartfelt appreciation to the many doctors, nurses, and medical staff who cared for Martin so compassionately during his hospital stays this past year. Your kindness, dedication, and care brought immense comfort to Martin and our family.
Martin is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra Garcia; his five children: Martin Guadalupe Jr., Tiffany Gonzalez (Juventino A. Gonzalez III), Steven Garcia (Priscilla Tijerina), Brittany Garcia (Alexis Salazar), and Destiney Garcia (Edgar Marquez); and his six cherished grandchildren: Janelle, Steven, Alexis, Riley, Adele, and Jeremiah.
