Martin Serna, 66, entered into the presence of God on April 8, 2024, in Laredo, Texas, having been faithfully surrounded by those that loved him.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Juan and Aurora Serna, Juan and Josefina Rull.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife: Raquel Palacios Serna; children: Geoffrey (Lily) Serna, Samantha Serna, James Serna; grandchildren: Geoffrey Serna Jr., Lily Serna; parents: Manuel Serna and Laura Rull Serna; siblings: Manuel (Emilia) Serna Jr., Juan (Raquel) Serna, Susana Aurora Serna Rull, as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 5 to 8 pm at Hillside Funerals & Cremations. A Liturgy of the Word and Rosary will be offered at 6 pm.
