Martina Ramirez

Martina Ramirez, 59. Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away on September 25, 2022 in Laredo, Texas at her residence. She leaves behind a great void in our hearts, but there are her many great talents, moments shared and lived with her that will forever continue to hold us near to her.

She is preceded in death by her mother: Maria del Carmen Herrera, father, Emilio Herrera and her sister, Martha Patricia Herrera.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband: Lucio Ramirez; daughters: Vanessa (Fernando) Zamarron, Brenda (Mario) Villanueva, Anabel (Alfredo) Garcia; grandchildren: Fernando, Aletzi, Zuly, and Fernanda Zamarron, Briana, Mariel, Mario and Coco Villanueva, Linzy, AJ, Mateo, and Gianna Garcia.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 5 until 9 pm at Hillside Funeral Home, 310 Hillside Rd; where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will be offered at 7 p.m.

Funeral procession will depart the funeral chapel at 9:30 a.m. to San Vicente de Paul Catholic Church, 2710 Boulanger St; for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10 a.m.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
