Noelia B. Pedraza

Noelia B. Pedraza, 82, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 in Laredo, Texas. Mrs. Pedraza is preceded in death by her husband, Alfredo Pedraza; parents, Jose Benavides and Virginia Benavides. She is survived by her children, Luis Alfredo (Rosaura) Pedraza,Alda Noelia Pedraza Ascelina (Luis) Caselli, Oziel (Sylvia) Pedraza. Mrs. Pedraza is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren; siblings, Jose (Maria) Benavides Jr., Romelia Creel, and  Manuel (Yolanda) Benavides. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church.  All guests wishing to attend are asked to please meet at the church.
