Olivia A. Davila

Mrs. Olivia A. Davila, 88, entered into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 25, 2023, having been faithfully and lovingly surrounded by her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Agustin and Soledad Alvarado; daughter: Rosa Maria Davila; siblings: Mario Alvarado, Jose Angel Alvarado.

Left behind to cherish her memory are husband of over 65 years of marriage, Mr. Juan Hiram Davila Sr.; children: Hayde (David) Garza, Juan H. (Nubia) Davila Jr., Alma (Ricardo) Flores, Marissa (Dr. Jose R.) Garcia, Carlos (Roxanne) Davila; grandchildren: Andy Garza, Kevin Garza, Joshua Davila, Jennifer Davila, Jonathan (Angela) Davila, Judy Davila, Richie Flores, Noeli Flores, Joel Garcia, Saul Garcia, Celeste Garcia, Niki Davila, Tony Davila, Michael Davila, Ale Davila; great-grandchildren: Olivia Davila, Natalia Davila, Julian Davila, Sofia Gonzalez, Noah Valadez; siblings: Berta Gomez, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, May 28, 2023, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals and Cremations. A Rosary will be offered for the repose of her soul at 7 pm.

The funeral procession will depart the chapel at 830 am on Monday, May 29, 2023, to San Luis Rey Catholic Church, for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9 am.

Rite of Committal and Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Joshua Davila, Andy Garza, Richie Flores, Joel Garcia, Niki Davila, Jonathan Davila, Tony Davila, Saul Garcia, Kevin Garza and Michael Davila.
