Omar Alberto Ramos Salinas

Omar Alberto Ramos Salinas, 94, was called by the Lord on Friday, August 14, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Alberto Ramos and Antonia Salinas; and siblings, Angelina Ramos, Nora Ramos, Elda E. Ramos, Yolanda Ramos, Elvira Ramos, and Gloria Ramos.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Ana Maria Ramos; children, Lourdes Soto (Sergio), Omar Ramos Jr., and Sandra Dominguez (Victor); grandchildren, Sergio Soto Jr., Carla Samaniego (Rogelio), Victor Dominguez Jr. (Vanessa), Julio Dominguez (Veronica), Omar Dominguez (Perla), and Lizeth Patlan (Alfredo); 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Julio Ramos; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive relatives and friends for a visitation on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Hillside Funerals & Cremations, 310 W. Hillside Road, Laredo, Texas 78041. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Cremation will follow, and inurnment will be held at a later date.
