Radames Mendiola

On June 30, 2023, the Lord Jesus Christ called into his loving presence our beloved Radames Mendiola at the age of 68. His suffering on this earth now ended, he joins the choirs of angels and saints in heaven.  Radames loved his gardening, having always bragged the fact that his Rosebushes were the best in the neighborhood. An avid cinematographer, he enjoyed spending time at the movies watching romance and comical movies.  A simple, but adventurous man, he enjoyed his short trips throughout various places, but most importantly, he found that peace in sitting in his garden and enjoying that peaceful serenity, sometimes just staring at the stars at night.  He will be forever cherished and loved.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Miguel Mendiola and María Eloísa Rocha de Mendiola.

Surviving him are his beloved wife: Rosario Mendiola; son: Marco Antonio Mendiola; siblings: Miguel (Claudia) Mendiola, Eloísa (Larry) Newton, Eduardo (Marisela) Mendiola, David (Juanita) Mendiola; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

The family will recieve friends on Thursday, July 6, 2023, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funeral Home, with a Rosary being offered at 7 pm.

Funeral procession will depart at 10:30 am on Friday, July 7, 2023 to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11 am.  The funeral home will open at 7 am for final visitation.

Procession will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery for final interment.

El día 30 de junio del 2023, entro a la presencia de Dios Nuestro Señor el Sr. Radames Mendiola Rocha a la edad de 68 años.

Le preceden en muerte sus padres: Miguel Mendiola y María Eloísa Rocha de Mendiola.

Le participan en duelo su querida esposa: Rosario Mendiola; hijo: Marco Antonio Mendiola; hermanos: Miguel (Claudia) Mendiola, Eloísa (Larry) Newton, Eduardo (Marisela) Mendiola, David (Juanita) Mendiola; al igual que demás familiares y amigos.

El duelo se recibe en la funeraria Hillside Funerals & Cremations el día 6 de julio del 2023 a partir de las 5 hasta las 9 de la noche. Se ofrecerá un rosario por su eterno descanso a las 7 de la tarde.

Los servicios funerarios tomaran lugar el día 7 de julio del 2023 en la Parroquia del Divino Redentor, partiendo el cortejo de la funeraria a las 10:30 am, para una Misa de Cuerpo Presente que se celebrara a las 11 am.
