Roel Villarreal

Roel Villarreal, 54, entered into eternal rest on Monday, April 13, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his father, Manuel Villarreal.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved daughter, Brenda Nichole Villarreal; his mother, Eloisa Villarreal; and his siblings, Manuel Villarreal Jr. (Delia), Edaena Villarreal, and Javier Villarreal (Jessica). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who will deeply miss him.

Pallbearers will be Javier Villarreal, Javier Villarreal Jr., Manuel Villarreal Jr., Leonel Villarreal, Steve Lara, and Jonathan Lara.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Hillside Funeral & Cremation, 310 W Hillside Rd, Laredo, Texas 78041.

Funeral services will continue on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at Hillside Funerals and Cremations beginning at 7:00 a.m. A procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian burial at San Francisco Javier Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m.

Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
