Rosa Maria Valdez

Rosa Maria Valdez, 68, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020 in Laredo, Texas. Ms. Valdez was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel M. Valdez and Ofilia Elizondo.She is survived by her son Luis R. ( Patricia ) Villegas Valdez; siblings, Cristina Valdez Prada, Felicidad Valdez Villamar, Olga O. Garcia-Cano Valdez; dear friend Margarita Gonzalez; and grandchildren, Ana Paola, Mariana Patricia, and Julieta. Ms. Valdez is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.A rosary will be recited on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 5:15 p.m. and a mass will be celebrated at 6:00 p.m. at San Francisco Javier Church, 2502 Zaragoza St., Laredo, Texas 78040. There will be no procession. Family and friends are asked to meet at the church. Cremation will be held at a later date.
