Rosalinda Villarreal

Rosalinda Villarreal passed away at a local hospital on Sunday, December 3, 2017. She was born in Laredo, Texas and had been a lifelong resident for 74 years. Rosalinda is preceded in death by her parents, Margarito and Zulema Villarreal; brother, Jose M. Villarreal; sister, Veronica Y. Noyola; sisters-in-law, Socorro M. Villarreal, and Esther Z. Villarreal; brothers-in-law, Reynaldo R. Rodriguez, Homero Jimenez, and Richard Pesek. She is survived by her siblings, Maria Teresa Rodriguez, Ruben M. Villarreal, Elodia Jimenez, Graciela Pesek (Roger Truitt), Jose A. (Margie) Villarreal, Zulema V. (Ernesto) Longoria, Alberto (Toni) Villarreal; brother –in-law, Hector Noyola. Rosalinda is also survived by, 25 nieces and nephews, 55 great-grand-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to Christ the King Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Ruben Villarreal Jr. Homero Jimenez Jr., William Longoria, Hector Noyola Jr., Daniel Cardona, and Enrique Martinez. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Joey Villarreal, Gene Villarreal, Jeff Laurel, Manuel Arechiga, and Josef Coronado.
