Samuel "Sammy" Hernandez Jr., entered his eternal rest on July 22, 2025, in the city of Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his father, Samuel Hernandez and is survived by his wife, Yereni M. Hernandez, their son, Samuel Hernandez III, mother, Carmen Hernandez, brothers: David Hernandez (Melissa), Daniel Hernandez (Monica Franco), Jaime Hernandez (Maria), & Martin Hernandez (Christie Lynn), nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals and Cremations, with a Prayer Service to commence at 7 pm.
Services will conclude in the chapel and a cremation will take place at a later date.
