Sanjuana Ponce

Sanjuana Ponce, 81, a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend passed away on Monday, October 16, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Fabian and Severita Ponce; siblings, Filomena Ponce Vela, Joaquin Ponce, Lucio Ponce, Agustina (Raul) Peña, Brigido Gonzalez; infant children, Guadalupe, Juan, and Matias Ponce; and brother in law, Jose Tito Vela. Ms. Ponce is survived by sisters in law, Arcadia Ponce and Josefina Gonzalez. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, October 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Hillside Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. from Hillside Funeral Home to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. A mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
