Socorro "Coco" Oliver entered into Paradise on April 19, 2019. Coco was born in Laredo, Texas on November 24, 1923. She lived a full and happy life always surrounding herself with family and friends. In her youth, she loved dancing and spending time with her friends. While raising her children, she spent her time cooking her favorite dishes and desserts, volunteering at St Peter's Catholic School, and spending time with family. In her later years, she developed a passion for watching wrestling and hosting her friends at Loteria parties. Coco had the loudest laugh and the biggest heart. She will be missed by so many, but we hold onto the fondest memories of her. She is reunited with her father and mother, Alejandro Ramirez and Herlinda Villarreal Ramirez, as well as her sisters: Carmen, Tele, and twin sister Nora; her husband, Bob, and her beloved son, Juan Ochoa. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Esther Oliver, and her grandson, Santiago Robert Herrera who will miss her dearly. As well as her nieces and nephews: Linda Seeliger (Alan), Nora Dodson, Valeria Gonzalez-Handly (Wat), Judy Hanley (John), Sally Gonzalez, Mark Gonzalez, and Dr. Robert Gonzalez (Steven). She is also survived by numerous grand and great-grand nieces and nephews. Services for Coco will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Hillside Funeral Home.
