William Augustine Schunior

William Agustine Schunior, 37, was called by the Lord on Monday, October 19,2026.

He is preceded in death by his father, Victor Manuel Schunior Sr.; paternal grandparents, William Schunior and Hilda Schunior; and maternal grandmother, San Juan Yruegas.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving mother, Rebecca Schunior; his siblings, Amanda Schunior (Mike Villarreal), Victor Manuel Schunior Jr., and Shellby Schunior (Felipe Compean).

William also leaves behind his beloved nieces and nephews, Nicholas Schunior, Rebecca Garcia, Katelynn Garcia, Alexander Villarreal, Nathan Schunior, Victor Schunior Jr., Mason Schunior, Maiijor Schunior, Zoe Compean, Felipe Compean Jr., Victoria Compean, Luna Compean, Aria Compean, and Shellby Compean. William shared a special bond with each of them, loving them as his own children and cherishing the joy and happiness they brought into his life. He lovingly considered them his children, and his love for them will forever remain in their hearts.

He will be deeply missed by his family and all those who knew and loved him. His memory will live on through the many lives he touched and the love he shared with those closest to him.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at Hillside Funerals & Cremations, 310 W. Hillside Rd., Laredo, Texas 78041, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Services conclude in a chapel. A cremation will take place at a later date.
